Richard Leimann Jr., Founder and Principal of Clinical Instrument Repair Consultants (CIRC), brings more than 15 years of hands-on expertise and innovation in surgical instrument repair. A true craftsman, Rich leads with precision, technical mastery, and an unwavering commitment to transparency—ensuring healthcare partners always have clear, honest insight into the condition and care of their surgical tools.

Rich began his career with a nationally recognized repair company, where he achieved the rank of Master Technician by specializing in advanced mobile lab repairs. He later returned to Cincinnati to lead teams across three major cities, training new technicians and managing mobile operations that kept surgical teams supplied with reliable instruments in critical care environments.

Following the company’s acquisition, Rich pioneered one of the first hospital-managed surgical repair labs in the region—gaining rare end-user insight into the daily challenges surgical teams face. His proactive maintenance program for rigid cystoscopes significantly extended instrument lifespans and reduced rebuild costs, reinforcing his belief that transparency and preventative care create long-term value for hospitals, patients, and communities.

With more than two decades of experience in healthcare administration, operations, and strategic business growth, Christina co-founded CIRC to raise the standard of surgical instrument repair. Her leadership reflects the company’s core values of precision, compliance, innovation, transformation, and transparency—ensuring service that surgeons can trust and patients can depend on.

As a strategist, Christina drives growth by aligning financial insight with clinical needs, delivering forward-thinking solutions that reduce downtime, enhance surgical performance, and create measurable value for healthcare partners. Christina holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Purdue University Global and a B.S. in Healthcare Administration.
